DEPOSIT

• A $55 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve appointments. $50 goes towards your service.
• The deposit includes a $5 processing fee which does NOT go toward your final payment.  

PRICING

• All prices stated online or verbally are starting prices only.
• Style durations are estimates and will vary per client and stylist.
• A $5 hair fee will be added at the end of each service. Styles that require specialty hair can be purchased at our salon or K&D Hair Store at an additional cost.

PAYMENTS

• Deposits must be paid ONLINE at checkout using credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.  
• Balance must be paid in CASH ONLY, at the completion of your service. A $10 Fee will be added for balances paid via Cashapp or Zelle.
• Consultation fee does NOT go toward your service. 
• Deposits are FINAL, non-refundable and non-transferable. 

BOOKINGS

• Check your phone for updates: automated confirmation email, text message and phone call to follow-up. 
• Accurate Contact Info: Spelling, email address and phone number.
• Your deposit serves as consent to receiving text messages and emails.
• We are not liable for bookings under another name. Provide the name and phone number of the person receiving service, on the last question of the booking form. 
• You can Book Appointments 3 - 14 days in advance. Plan accordingly.
• Short notice and same-day appointments may incur a minimum $15 squeeze-in fee.  A $30 Late Bird Fee will be added to all appointments after 5PM. 
• We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations at our discretion.
