DEPOSIT POLICY

 A $55 deposit is required to reserve all appointments.

• $50 will be credited toward your final service total.
• $5 is a non-refundable convenience fee that covers secure online booking, scheduling confirmations, and payment processing.

The full $55 is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Walk-ins and short notice clients are welcome and do not require a deposit.

PRICING

• All prices stated online or verbally are starting prices only.
• Style durations are estimates and will vary per client and stylist.
• A $5 hair fee will be added at the end of each service. Styles that require specialty hair can be purchased at our salon or K&D Hair Store at an additional cost.

PAYMENTS

• Deposits must be paid ONLINE at checkout via electronic payment. 
• Balance must be paid via Debit/Credit card -or- Apple/Google Pay at the completion of your service. At the moment, we DO NOT accept payments via Cashapp or Zelle.
• Consultation fee does NOT go toward your service. 
• Deposits are FINAL, non-refundable and non-transferable. 

BOOKINGS

• Check your phone for updates: automated confirmation email, text message and phone call to follow-up. 
• Accurate Contact Info: Spelling, email address and phone number.
• Your deposit serves as consent to receiving text messages and emails.
• We are not liable for bookings under another name. Provide the name and phone number of the person receiving service, on the last question of the booking form. 
• You can Book Appointments 3 - 14 days in advance. Plan accordingly.
• Short notice and same-day appointments may incur a minimum $15 squeeze-in fee.  A $25 Late Bird Fee may be added to appointments made after 5PM. 
• We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations at our discretion.
