DEPOSIT

• A $55 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for braiding appointments. 
• The deposit includes a $5 booking fee that does NOT go toward your final payment. It covers the processing fees we are charged by credit card companies. 

PRICING

• All prices stated online or verbally are starting prices only.
• Please click the 'RESERVE' button to see the starting price and additional information for each hairstyle.

PAYMENTS

• Deposits must be paid online at checkout using credit, debit, or PayPal. You will have to log in to your PayPal account if you select that option.
• The remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY at the completion of your service.

BOOKINGS

• Please pay attention to your phone. We will email and text you to confirm your appointment. We will call you to address questions or concerns on your booking checkout form. 
• We are not liable for bookings under another name. Provide the name and phone number of the person receiving service on the last question of the checkout booking form. 
• Appointment availability depends on style choice and stylist. Appointments booked more than 14 days in advance cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations at our discretion.
• Style durations are estimates and will vary per client and stylist.
• Short notice and same-day appointments will incur a minimum $15 service fee. Plan accordingly.
