HAIR RESERVATIONS

You have reached our APPOINTMENT REQUEST PORTAL. We schedule appointments on a WEEKLY BASIS. The Request Form is active only twice a week on Wednesdays at 7PM and Saturdays at 7PM SHARP. We accept a maximum of 15 slots per Request Form.  Once it’s at capacity, the form CLOSES. During the busy season (such as back to school or holidays), the form can fill up within 5 minutes. Carefully read instructions below to secure a slot:

  1. APPOINTMENT REQUEST- Click on the “Request a Slot” button to complete the form. 

It will ask you to list your Name, Contact Number, Email Address, , Style (you may upload images) and your Availability for up to 7 business days*. It will also ask you to acknowledge our COVID-19 policy. 

  1. CONFIRMATION- After your request has been submitted, you will receive an email from Google Forms containing your completed questionnaire. Be sure to check your email inbox, spam folder and junk mailbox for this message. 
  1. DEPOSIT- Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with the subject line “Hair Reservation Deposit” providing the information needed to leave your deposit along with the rules and regulations associated with your potential appointment. * We will also follow up with a text message notification to alert you that an email has been sent.
  1. SLOT SECURED- Once you have made your deposit within the given time frame, you are set! 
  1. DOUBLE CHECK- Keep a lookout for phone calls, emails and text messages for any additional information, notifications and updates pertaining to your visit. 

*Same day and next day requests will not be accepted. For example, if you complete the request form on Wednesday, Aug 4th, you may request any day from Friday, Aug 6th to Friday, Aug 13th, a 7-day period not including the next day (Thursday) and our off day (Monday). We are closed on Mondays.

*Our deposits are $50 per person, per visit, that can be fulfilled via Cash App, Zelle or in person within the allotted time frame. Deposits are counted towards your final price. Remaining balances must be paid CASH ONLY in the salon at the completion of your appointment.
