5PM & AFTER BOOKINGS

1.  Due to the late start hour, hair prep is a MUST to receive service. Your hair must be thoroughly washed, conditioned, untangled and protected in a style like twists, plats or Bantu Knots with Absolutely NO Product Residue.  Failure properly to do so will incur a $50 fee or forfeiture of your slot. No Exceptions!
2. Any reservations or Walk-ins after 5pm will incur a $30 late bird fee. No Exceptions!
3. Bohemian Box Braids and Island Twists will not be available after 4PM due to the time and nature to perform the style. Please plan accordingly. 
4. Walk-in guests are welcome at 5PM however, style and availability will be limited to medium & large sizes, straight back & slanted cornrows, and midback & waist length requests. (Note* designs and hip length requests are very limited and only offered upon availability and direct acceptance by a K&D Lead Team Member.) 
5. We will NOT accept any guests after 630PM.
